Privacy
How BEACON NSCLC-04 handles your information.
This is a placeholder privacy policy for the demo study. The live version reviewed by sponsor legal should replace it before the site goes live to real participants.
What we collect
The public site does not create user accounts. When you submit the contact form or the pre-screener, the information you enter is transmitted to the sponsor's designated recipient and is not stored by Cassiel.
If you choose to email or call a study site directly, that site's own privacy practices apply to the communication.
Cookies and analytics
By default, the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If a study enables analytics, you will see a clear consent prompt before any tracking is loaded, and you may decline.
Essential cookies used only for session continuity, form submission, and language preference may be set without prior consent, as permitted by applicable law.
Health information
Any health information you provide through a screener or interest form is treated as sensitive personal information and is transmitted directly to the sponsor's destination without retention on this site.
Your rights
You may have rights under your local privacy laws (for example, GDPR in the EU/EEA or state laws in the US) to access, correct, or delete information about you that the sponsor holds. To exercise those rights, contact the sponsor using the details on the Contact page.
For questions about how this website itself is operated, contact the sponsor's data protection officer at the address in the footer of the live site.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through this page and, where required, through a notice on the study site.
